• Front landing for deliveries to the Garden Level with separate door bell.

• Trash receptacles are stored under the front steps and accessed in the vestibule between the door and gate
• Small Back Yard originally used for drying laundry. A small table and umbrella and you could have a nice private outdoor space.
• 2nd floor roof area that is available for the tenant to build an outdoor deck if they so wish
